Institutions Abused: Who was who in Serbia 1987-2000 (Zloupotrebljene institucije: ko je bio ko u Srbiji 1987-2000) is a research project by the „Biljana Kovačević-Vučo“ Fund.
The project has documented the nomenklatura of the Milošević regime – the persons that held the key positions in the spheres of activity controlled by the Milošević regime in Serbia and other parts of the former Yugoslavia.
Over a decade after Slobodan Milošević stepped down as President of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, it is time to comprehensively and critically reexamine the Milošević period.
The Javnidosije.rs database, containing a directory the nomenklatura of the Milošević regime in the period 1987-2000, and complementing the book Zloupotrebljene institucije: ko je bio ko u Srbiji 1987-2000, published in June 2011 (available through “Krug Commerce” distribution, www.krugcentar.co.rs), will be accessible at this web address from August 2011. The database contains a comprehensive record of the key figures of the Milošević regime.
